Privacy notice
This notice explains how the personal data you send us through galiver.dev is processed, under Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

What we process
The name, company, email, phone number and message you share in the contact form, and the technical logs our hosting provider keeps for security while you visit the site (IP address, browser details, date and time).
Why
To answer your request, prepare a proposal, contact you and keep the site secure.
Legal basis
KVKK Art. 5/2-c (directly related to setting up a contract) and Art. 5/2-f (the legitimate interest of the data controller).
Who receives it
Your data is shared only with the suppliers that provide our hosting and email delivery, and only as far as those services require. Their servers may be outside Türkiye; transfers follow the conditions of KVKK Art. 9. Your data is never given to third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
After your request is closed, we keep it for as long as the relevant legislation requires, then delete or anonymise it.

This site uses no non-essential cookies and sets no cookies to track visitors.
Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you can learn whether your data is processed, ask for information, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object, and claim compensation for damage. Send requests to info@galiver.dev; we reply within 30 days at the latest.
